Flopenhagen accord

As you probably know, the 'accord' that came from COP15 has been called 'Brokenhagen', 'Flopenhagen', and various other monikers that I don't recall.  It's nothing close to the what the planet and our descendants (if we have any) need.  Such as it is, here is the text from the UN website:  http://unfccc.int/files/meetings/cop_15/application/pdf/cop15_cph_auv.pdf
